Order Processing & Shipping Details

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

United States
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with estimated delivery in 15–20 business days.

International
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.

Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, high order volume, or global events. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your address?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at brelixa@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER" or "ADDRESS CHANGE".
Unfortunately, we can't make changes once the order has shipped.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If they’re unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.


💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you.
Email us at brelixa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
